Utopia Libri (CZ) is an independent cooperative publishing house founded in 2021. Its books create a thematic mosaic spanning politics, visual art, philosophy, queer feminism, sociology, fiction, ecology, and broadly transdisciplinary perspectives, sometimes informed by anarchist thought. The project is interested in crossing borders—between topics, genres, and languages—as well as tracing the intersections of ideas emerging from horizontal and anti-authoritarian social movements.
Utopia Libri also collaborates with artists and book designers, recognizing that strong ideas deserve strong form. The publishing house builds on years of collective experience, including work with the Czech publishers Intu (2003–2007) and Neklid (since 2018).

Mark Pezinger Books (AT) is a Vienna based publisher for artists books run by graphic designer Astrid Seme and artist Thomas Geiger. For them, publishing is a collaborative process that begins with a conversation: shaping a raw idea through design, editing, and production techniques, and bringing it to audiences through distribution. At the core of their practice is a strong commitment to experimental approaches that turn ideas into tangible, thought-provoking publications. Photographs by Fritz Enzo Kargl.

Soybot (AT) is a Vienna-based micro publishing house and Riso printing studio. Beyond the execution of print jobs, the studio engages comprehensively in the conception, design, (Riso) printing, binding, publishing, and distribution of printed matter. Its activities extend into the organization of workshops, participation in art book fairs, and the initiation of the PPC – Political Poster Club, alongside selected graphic design commissions.

Brot is a curated bookshop that offers a carefully selected range of international magazines and non-fiction books. Its shelves feature a blend of design, business, art, culture, pop culture, social studies, self-help, and leisure reading. The shop stocks a balanced mix of titles from both small independent publishers and well-established names. With a strong focus on design, it occasionally judges a book by its cover.
